If you are interested in comming to the club, print out and complete the club membership form and bring it to one of our sessions. Our timetable of sessions can be found in the club diary or in the club leaflet. The Sunday sessions are 1.30pm to 4.00pm, Friday sessions 6.00pm to 8.00 pm.

If you have a wetsuit that's great, if not just bring a change of clothes for when you get wet and some old trainers.

In the summer months, the club sessions are held at Birkacre Lake located within the Yarrow Valley Park. In winter, sessions are held at Ashton Baths
