Wildwater racing returns to the Burrs on 14 March.

Sessions are now 90 minutes long - next is 20 February at 4.30pm

Easter sees the opening of Cardiff International White Water situated at the International Sports Village , Cardiff Bay.

There's a 250 metre long white water course plus flat water areas. On offer are rafting, canoeing, kayaking, hot-dogging and hydro speeding.

Hi all, well 3 hardy padllers turned up and had a good afternoon's paddle, water levels a little low but enough to play on. I will be going again in the next couple of weeks possible to one of the rivers up in the lakes, any interest let me know
